The Public Research Centre Henri Tudor is a Luxembourg autonomous institute of applied research. Essential link between research and society as a whole, its mission is to sustainably reinforce the economic competitiveness and the social fabric, at national, regional and European level.

· Knowledge and competences transfer, as well as incubation of high-tech companies.
EUROQUAL Inter-University Center of Management through Excellence
Founded in 1998 under the IUKB - Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch in CH-1950 Sion, EUROQUAL was the first university specialised in quality management in Switzerland. As the First Swiss university to be certified according to the quality framework eduQua (December 2001), EUROQUAL designed and offered to professional Executives, various modular courses on "International Master MTQM in quality management ".
The testing phase gave interesting feedback from Tutors and Examinors for the adjustement of the certification scheme; details was discussed in the Luxembourg Partners meeting. Contributors have worked on all dimensions of the certification scheme and have rased relevant questions about the need of the examination, the list of competences assessed, the candidate prerequisites for participation, the way of examining, and the key question about the reproductibility of the examination.
Over Europe, all professional training centers have to improve the interconnexion between teachers and professionals for a real improvement of the global quality. Various experiences, projects, initiatives and results should be shared to design a Qualification Profiles at EU level.
