Innovation can be the key driver for the creation of more sustainable economies and societies. The rise of digital opportunity, mass collaboration and changing societal priorities has created a multitude of new opportunities and options for both firms, organizations and governments to develop new approaches, services and products to improve both the individual's and society's quality of life. The actions associated with these approaches of course need to be economically, socially and environmentally sustainable.
